Tano runs the receiving and shipping of all lobsters and manages all floor personnel

Plant Manager, Plant Engineer & HACCP Coordinator

Bob is responsible for the health and well-being of the lobsters that are stored in our facility. Bob is also in charge of the day to day functionality of our building, lobster tanks, refrigerated salt-water filtration system and close circulation system.

Bookkeeper

Cathie handles all payables, receivables and all day to day accounting for the company.
