Our state-of-the-art lobster tanks and filtration systems along with access to fresh and clean ocean water provide a stress-free environment for lobsters that are being held in our holding facilities; this ensures that our customers receive a strong and healthy product with the lowest mortality rates in the industry.
Protein testing:
Our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority, we protein test all incoming lots of lobster. With the data obtained, we can confirm that only the highest quality lobsters are shipped to our customers.
Meat yield:
By sourcing hard shell Canadian and offshore lobster, we can guarantee our customers a higher meat yield. For comparison, the average yield for hard shells is roughly 20% to 28% meat, while soft shells contain around 15% to 20% meat.
